Cape Mentelle Winemaker Dinner by Rockpool Bar & Grill

From the idyllic vineyards of Margaret River to our intimate private dining room, enjoy our inaugural Cape Mentelle Winemaker Dinner by Rockpool Bar & Grill.

Hosted by Cape Mentelle Winemaker Ben Cane, a four-course dinner curated by Rockpool Bar & Grill Executive Chef Corey Costelloe is meticulously paired with a quartet of magnificent Margaret River wines.

In addition, surprise back vintages and possibly a not-yet-released vintage are to be opened for tastings during dinner.

Indulge fried chicken fantasies with Rockpool Bar & Grill’s Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich with Onion Ring and Salted Chilli Mayonnaise paired with a glass of Krug Grande Cuvée – $85.

This premium duo is available in the bar at Rockpool Bar & Grill Sydney from Tuesday, 1 June to Saturday, 31 July, from lunch until close.

Focusing on high-quality ingredients and house-made craft, Rockpool’s signature Fried Chicken Sandwich features a house-made bun dressed in salted chilli mayonnaise, layered with lettuce, house-made pickles, and a generous piece of chicken tossed in native pepper spiced batter that is crowned with a single, crisp onion ring beneath the soft bun lid.
